Interactive cocktail demonstrations

Ever wondered how to muddle a Mojito or shake a Cosmopolitan? Well why not let one of our award winning mixologists teach you the inside know how to impress all your friends or colleagues?

We offer Interactive Cocktail Demonstrations in our cocktail lounge and the experience lasts anywhere from two to three hours depending on what package you choose. It involves a private session with one of our charming mixologists which starts with an informative talk, covering the history of cocktails, the terminology and the tricks used by the experts. Then our mixologist will go through the cocktails – building each one in front of your guests and encouraging them to sample.
